How long does it take to prepare my order?
We maintain a small stock and most prints are made to order. Orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days.
How are orders shipped?
Plastic free and 100% recycled! Prints are packed with a backing board, wrapped in tissue paper, and shipped inside a flat mailer. If there is plastic in your order it is reused. We ship USPS First-Class Package or priority mail.
My order shipped, where is it?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Once it’s at the post office, the tracking number is the only information we have.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you received a notification that your order was delivered but it hasn’t arrived, please wait a few days for it to show up. Sometimes USPS scans packages before they are delivered. If it doesn’t turn up after a few days, contact USPS. We are unable to refund lost or stolen packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes via USPS.
Do you offer local pickup?
Online orders can be picked up at our Somerville studio + shop. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can only be picked up during open hours. See our visit page for details.
Can you include a gift note?
Yes! If you are sending your order directly to the recipient and would like to add a personal note, please include the text in your cart under “Special instructions” before check out.
Will you make things for other cities and places? (This is the most asked question!)
Yes! If you have a specific request, submit it here. We will prioritize the most popular responses.
How do you make your prints?
We use an inkjet printer with fade resistant ink. As with all prints, we don’t recommend leaving them in direct sunlight. We print on a heavyweight bright white, acid free paper.
Do you take commissions?
We are not taking commissions at this time.
What frames do you recommend?
We have handmade frames available for purchase in our shop. For the best quality frames, we recommend working with your local frame shop.
Online purchases: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have concerns about your order.
In Store purchases: Select items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Eligible items must be in original condition. Art, frames, paper goods, plants, food, personal goods, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. We reserve the right to deny any return at our discretion.
When you provide your contact information we use it to communicate with you and fulfill your order. Our website uses Google Analytics with cookies to help us understand how our site is used. Read more about how Google collects and processes data here.
